1. Service provider and scope
Car Part Finders HQ is a service of Car Part Headquarters LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide a customized supplier-location and research service based on the vehicle and part information you submit. We do not sell the physical parts listed in a report.
2. What you purchase
Your payment purchases one defined manual search service for one requested automotive part. Quick Search includes one applicable search goal and up to 3 sellers listing your part. Comparison Search includes two applicable search goals and up to 6 sellers listing your part. Complete Search includes all three search goals available for the type of part and up to 9 sellers listing your part. We research up to 3 matching seller listings for each included search goal.
“Up to” means the actual report may contain fewer sellers when fewer matching listings are reasonably available. A duplicate seller is counted only once, even if it qualifies under more than one search goal. The service does not include unlimited research and does not guarantee that matching inventory exists.
3. Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the vehicle and part information you submit. VIN is optional, but omitting a VIN or other details used to determine whether the part fits your vehicle can affect accuracy or completeness. If we reasonably need more information after purchase, the order may be placed in Needs More Information status until you respond. The order remains active and is not automatically cancelled or refunded.
4. Payment and final-sale policy
All search-service payments are final and non-refundable once payment is successfully completed. A lack of available inventory, fewer supplier matches than the purchased research allows, missing or inaccurate customer information, customer error, customer change of mind, or failure to respond does not create a refund entitlement.
We may issue an administrative refund only in exceptional circumstances, such as an accidental duplicate charge, payment-processing error, fraud resolution, merchant-processor requirement, or owner-authorized exception. These limited exceptions are not a customer cancellation policy or promise of a refund.
5. No Matching Inventory Found reports
If no matching inventory can reasonably be located, the research service is completed by delivering a No Matching Inventory Found report confirming the search was performed.
6. Timing
Orders are accepted 24 hours a day. Standard research hours are 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Saturday. Any delivery time shown is an estimate, not a guarantee. Orders may be completed earlier outside standard hours when authorized staff are available.
7. Supplier verification and independent transaction
Before purchase, you must confirm directly with each supplier: current inventory; complete pricing; mileage or condition; testing; whether the part fits your vehicle, including any interchange number for other vehicles that use the same part; included components; warranty; shipping terms, including truck shipping where applicable; returns; and restocking terms. Listings can change or contain errors. We do not own, possess, inspect, test, ship, warrant, endorse, or guarantee any listed part or supplier.
Any part purchase is a separate transaction between you and the supplier. We are not a party to that transaction and are not responsible for supplier conduct, payment, delivery, installation, warranty performance, returns, or disputes.
8. Permitted use
Reports are provided for the purchasing customer’s personal or internal business use. You may not scrape, systematically harvest, republish, resell, or build a competing database from the service or reports.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a search order will not exceed the search-service fee paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from a supplier transaction.
